We are a 32 acre Victorian Estate located in Hawk Point, Mo 9 miles from Troy, Mo and 11 miles from Warrenton, Mo off hwy 70.

 We bought the property in 2004 and have sence been transforming the estate into a B&B and a venue for weddings, showers, birthdays, family reunions and other events.

 In 1-2009 we had a tragic fire and lost our barn that was built from wood from the 1904 worlds fair . But we have rebuilt and proud to say we are now open and booking weddings and events.

 Here at Hawk Point Bed and Breakfast we offer 2 suites furnish with local antiques,  tvs, stocked mini frigs and white spa robes for your use.

The Red Room is the smaller room furnish with 1800s full size bed and local antiques and a  5 head body spa and tile shower it has no bathtub.

The Blueroom is the larger room and has a standard tub and shower.It has a early 1800s full size hand carve bed with a 1800s vanity.

 We have a former parlor for relaxing and sipping tea. The library has plenty of reading material old and new and snuggle upto the wood burning fireplace .

 Outdoors you can enjoy a beautiful hike through 32 acres of wild life and natures wonders or bring your bike and go biking. If fishing is more your thing we have a fully stocked large pond with Blue Gill, Large Mouth Bass, Crappie and Catfish .

During the day you can take a nap in the hammock next to the water and in the evening sit in the 6 man hot tub under the stars.

 We offer picnic basket lunchs/dinners that can be enjoyed anywhere on the 32 acre estate please look at our menu page.

 In the evenings we offer bon-fires where you can bring back child hood memories roasting hotdogs and marshmellows for making smores.
